Characteristic

• Floating ball valve ball is floating, supported by two seat connection, under the action of the medium pressure, the ball can produce a certain displacement and close to the outlet end of the seat sealing surface, to ensure the outlet end sealing;

• Superfine spherical grinding, smooth as mirror, wear and corrosion resistance, effectively reduce opening and closing moment, prolong service life;

• Full size ball valve with full channel no flow resistance design, convenient online cleaning maintenance;

• Stem with built-in, shoulder and TEflon (or enhanced graphite) thrust pad structure to prevent stem blowing due to pressure in the pipeline;

• With fire and anti-static structure, conductive spring is set between the valve stem and the valve body and between the valve stem and the ball to avoid flammable media ignited by static electricity to ensure the safety of the system;

• Drive mode is worm gear drive, manual, pneumatic or electric.
